Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese entrepreneur living in Orange County, California. With my wonderful partner JP and the happy-go lucky dad Henry. People often recognize me as @annephung on Instagram and I write about my life from ups to the downs. In 1990, my family relocated to America. In the age of one and a quarter I was able to join my parents. Given the chance to live a better life I was determined to try my best to please them. I determined to achieve my goals. My goal was to go to school to graduate, and then get an employment that was good. And then I wanted a wife and kids. I thought that was the ultimate definition of success. however, life has other plans to demonstrate what success meant. The amount of money I earned and the importance of my position was not what I wanted to be. I believed that I wasted my life for a paycheck. My passion for fitness and my desire to socialize with others led me to find my new calling as an instructor. The business I started was in 2014, and I'll be celebrating 7 years of success in 2021. There are few Asian females working in the field. To lead in my field, and to provide quality coaching to help others live an improved and happier life by establishing a life that is tailored to suit their requirements and help them achieve their targets. Also, I want others to be empowered to follow their dreams and be able to achieve whatever it is they wish for throughout their lives. While my professional life was taking off, I was struck by the most devastating loss in my entire life to datethat of losing my Mom. She won her eight year struggle with scleroderma, and is resting in Heaven as well as with me in my thoughts and heart always. Life's lessons can be hidden from us however they are extremely beneficial. Her passing has changed my life in many different ways. I believe her death gave me an opportunity to begin a new chapter. Her death in the year of Tet/Lunar New Year Day was her opportunity to start with a fresh start. To me, it was a second chance for me to live a full and happy life. In my 30's I feel alive and aware of the fact that I live my life now rather than merely living as I was in my past. My story is made available to you so that I can share with you my experiences and thoughts. It will allow you to feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. You're capable of getting anything you'd like and more. Therapy is vital and is normal. Health is the best asset. Since death is the only thing there is in this world I wish you a great time in living your life to the fullest and leave with no regrets.
