Gina Joy Carano began her career as a Muay Thailand fighter. She was also dubbed The Female Face of MMA. She was crowned the "Face of Women's MMA following her first professional bout in Muay Thai. She owns an incredible Muay Thai performance record, with 12 wins one loss and one draw. She is also the first American woman to win the title in Thailand at Muay Thai. In her youth she took classes in jazz dance, ballet and horse-riding. In school, she excelled both in softball and basketball. Jiujitsu is another skill she possess. She has seven victories and only one loss in her MMA. She is a major MMA celebrity due to the combination of her combat abilities, her calm personality, and stunning looks. She has acted as an actor in Hollywood blockbusters such as Haywire, Fast & Furious 6' as well as others. Hollywood hit films. She often faced criticism that was using her sexual appeal to further advance her profession.
